Our story began with something simple: a love for good pastries and the determination to share them. Tucked inside the Oysterbay Shopping Center in the heart of Dar es Salaam, our bakery started as a modest space with just a single room-temperature display and no seating. It wasn’t fancy, but what we lacked in size, we made up for in quality, care, and flavor.

From the very beginning, we knew we wanted more—not just for ourselves, but for our community. We dreamed of creating a place where people could gather, relax, and enjoy fresh, thoughtfully made food throughout the day. That vision pushed us forward and inspired our next step.
Today, in our new home, we’ve grown into so much more than a small pastry shop. We now serve freshly baked breads, made-to-order sandwiches, rich coffees, refreshing juices, and a full breakfast menu designed to start your day right. Every item we offer reflects the same passion and dedication that defined our earliest days.
